• The Best of ‘New In’ at H&M

I shopped the new in section of H&M So you don’t have to! Who am I kidding… This post is the result of broke girl’s late night scrolling session. I spotted a cosy-looking buffalo check shirt-jacket on Gaby Burger’s blog and reeeeeally liked it, so I went on H&M’s website to look for it (spoiler: didn’t find it!). Anyway, it was the start of an entire wishful shopping session and before I knew it I had a Pinterest board full of clothes I can’t afford to buy this season. I guess I had that coming for me when I booked…

Connecterra Maasmechelen with Fitbit Versa | AD

I want to start this post by stating that the Fitbit Versa shown in the photos was kindly gifted to me at a press event. I was not asked or payed to write a blog post about it. You don’t have to travel far to see beautiful places. Connecterra is an excellent example of that. This large stretch of land was once a coal mining site, but has been turned into a national park after the mine closed in 1987. Overt the years Connecterra has grown to become an astounding national park with lakes and hilltops from where you can…

    Madrid Photo Diaries

You guys cannot believe how happy I am to finally be writing this blog post. It’s been a long time in the making. It’s been two years since I went to Madrid with my friend E and it was my last trip of 2017. I’m SUPER STOKED to finally be finished with my blog content from 2017! It was a spontaneous idea to travel to Madrid. We were sipping coffee after an outfit shoot and it somehow came up. I had put Madrid on my travel list for 2017 and the years was nearly ending without any set plans. My…

    Blazer Meets Mom Jeans

BAM! It’s Fall y’all and you bet I’m going to take full advantage of it to show you as much foliage-inspired outfits as I possibly can. I’ve written it every year since 2009, but Fall really is my favorite season, both for nature and my wardrobe! It’s still warm enough to wear my beloved blazers as coats and light layering allows me to create much more interesting outfits than the ones I wear in the Summer. Today I’m sharing a favorite outfit from last year. I never got around posting these photos in the Fall of last year and then…

    A Golden Goodbye To Summer

It was early September and I still had so many of my favorite summer looks that I wanted to shoot for the blog. I am terrible at planning shoots and having people to help with the camera. Even after all these years, I still can’t get my content up timely! While everyone was already posing between pumpkins to show off the newest Fall arrivals, my boyfriend and I set out to a lush and green location to shoot my most favorite summer looks for the blog. It had rained all day, but the skies were clearing up and I crossed…

    La Vida Dulce in Seville

Okay, I’ll start this blog post off with a confession. I wasn’t anywhere near Seville this summer. Or this year even. My hair that is still long in the photos will give that away too. I visited the southern Spanish city in June of 2017, together with my boyfriend, who had been dying to take me there since we started dating in 2009. I just didn’t feel it. Spain, I mean. I never had a thing for “the South”, as we Europeans like to call it. I’m a Northern girl at heart. A lover of forests, rivers and mountain views.…
